Return & Refund Policy At Barbedwire and Grace – Archery Edition, we create every piece with purpose, care, and prayer. Whether you’re wearing your faith, showing your patriotism, or supporting your archer’s journey, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because many of our items are custom-made, we kindly ask you to review our return and refund policy below. 

Most of our products are made to order. For this reason, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available on custom items. Each piece is uniquely made for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

That said, if your custom item arrives with:

 • A misprint

 • Damage

 • Or the wrong design or size due to our error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll gladly correct the mistake and send a replacement.

We accept returns on non-custom apparel under the following conditions:

• You contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• The item is not marked as final sale or clearance.

 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial. If approved:

 • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 Due to our small-batch and custom process, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order after your return is processed.
